CULTURE SHOCK

December 2009 2:00 pm Bogota airport WOW!!! what a different world. I just got off the plane and I am out of my comfort zone. I don`t speak spanish so I was happy to see my dad and his wife. The drive to the house was about an hour. Once we were out of the city the view of the mountains were majestic. Arriving at the farm I felt excited about my new start at life and wondering if I could live it.

    I am learning by listining, reading and asking questions. I am the only one in town who does speak english. It is a slow process but I`ll get it.
